1. At the Portal login click "Lost Password"

2. Enter your Username & Click "Continue"

3. You should get a message saying Success! You can close this message box.

4. You should receive an email within 5 mins. Click "Reset Password"

5. Enter your one-time verification code & Click "Continue"

6. Enter your new password in & Click "Reset Password"

7. Once completed you will be auto logged into your account.
